This is "Lady Astor Playing Golf at North Berwick" by Irish painter Sir John Lavery, painted in the 1920s, and now housed in the Tate Britain.

The oil painting shows the very important political figure, Lady Nancy Astor, playing golf at the North Berwick golf course in Scotland. It features bright green fairways set against magnificent clouds, with the coastline visible in the distance. He shows this view with light touches of brushstrokes and renders the golf atmosphere quite leisurely while conveying the feeling of a very special landscape peculiar to Scottish coastal golf courses.
