This is "Brothel Scene" by Norwegian Expressionist painter Edvard Munch, created between 1897-1899, now in the Munch Museum, Oslo, Norway.

The painting depicts the interior of a brothel: several women, elaborately or fancifully dressed, are seated at round tables. Munch here uses his characteristic Expressionist style in simplified forms and muted colors to depict the scene. The painting has pink, green, and blue hues as its main tones, therefore creating a misty and slightly melancholic atmosphere.
